Chapter 8: Williamina Peak
Williamina Peak is the destination written into Audrey’s journal: the west-coast summit the trip has been driving toward. The opening of the chapter is a storm. The rest is a spoiler if you have not climbed yet.

Before the spoiler
- Increase the wiper speed as the weather closes in.
- The destination name, Williamina Peak, is the one the story pages and the guides use for the summit.
Spoiler steps
After the crash, follow the dream path until Alfred wakes. Then follow the dog’s prints in the snow and keep calling. After the reunion, climb to the summit and continue the next dream to its door. In the remembered scene, offer Audrey soup and talk. Into Indie Games places opening the drawer and reading her last journal note after that flashback ends.
Those sentences are the player-guide route for the ending approach, not an official script. The thematic reading is on the ending page.
Optional climb goal
Epic’s Shaun and Jason goal requires at least 30 calls for Doggo during the climb. Track actual calls while playing rather than inferring the count from reaching the summit. This is an achievement condition, not a claim that the story requires 30 calls.
Questions
Should I read the summit steps before playing?
Only if you want ending spoilers. The collapsed route includes the final memory; the dog-calling goal can be read without opening it.
